I need a cms/blog script for my site, but I'm not sure which to go with. My site isn't strictly a blog; I just need a lightweight script for the front page. I'd prefer that it not require SQL, but if you know of one that does require it, that'll be fine. I've previously used CuteNews, which I find easy to use, and it's lightweight. But I always hear that it's insecure. I was considering WordPress, but I don't really understand how to customize it- it seems that it's more for heavy blogging, and the themes are for the entire page it's on, rather than just the colours and so forth of the blog itself.I've also looked into FanUpdate, which looks pretty nice for what I want to use it for....but I'm still undecided. It doesn't have to be any of the scripts that I've mentioned, so just whichever you can think of considering security and ease of use & customization.Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, I use joomla, is a nice CMS and free, the bad point is it need MySQL database...Joomla is soo powerfull and customizable, with hundreds of templaes and plugins...If you need live help contact me alteya@hotmail.com
