...Joomla or Dreamweaver? I am gonna be designing some web pages with various types of content from ecommerce to blogs and information services. Which would be the better option from a designers aspect as well as from a functionally aspect?

I am new to Joomla and am reading up on it as well as refining my craft in Dreamweaver 8.

All advice and input is welcomed and please be as detailed as possible... Assume that I am a novice (which I am) and every detail would go a long way!
