You can find work through your church. There should be web sites but they usually don't trust strangers.

Consider creating your own ministry. "A man's gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men." Proverbs 18:16


If you are not ready to accept your full promise, approach your most inspirational pastors about working for them.

"Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counsellors there is safety." Proverbs 11:14


Be ready to move if the opportunity presents itself.

"He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it." Matthew 10:39
